Wonderful place with very amiable and knowledgeable stuff from reception to the maids, liked it. I had nice bed and stone walls in the good sized. A roll-in shower in the really good bathroom was super awesome.

The location of the venue is particularly good and amazing, really close to both Playa de la Concha, the shopping area, and many bars and restaurants. It has a coffee bar. The hotel is definitely recommended to all.

We spent 4 nights in absolutely perfect triple room with balcony. Appreciated that we had an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV set. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, just off the Railway Station and Bus Station, and the supermarket Lidl.

We think it's a handy base for staying in San Sebastian. Amazing location in general, really helpful and very attentive staff from reception to the maids. Think that this comfortable modern hotel is beyond compare, liked it.

The time I spent there was great. Had the superior king room and it was extremely spacious and airy for laptop or other items. Central heating, an iron and ironing board, and television were a nice touch.

The location for San Sebastian was unbeatable and awesome, close to the cafe round the corner, and many restaurants, bars and the beaches. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Alabortza Kantina. I was offered tea and coffee at the coffee-bar.

When I am in San Sebastian, I like staying here. This place is comfortable modern and the staff are very friendly. Make sure you stay in the queen room with a bathroom, balcony, for example. They have a coffee bar.

The hotel was in a pretty nice area, really close to the beaches, many bars and the old town where all the best pinxto bars are.
Disappointing aspect was so small bathroom.
