We think it's a handy base for staying in San Sebastian. Amazing location in general, really helpful and very attentive staff from reception to the maids. Think that this comfortable modern hotel is beyond compare, liked it.

Generally, the place was wonderful and had very friendly and knowledgeable staff from reception to the maids. This hotel had a very central position very close to beach. Moreover, it was so close to great bars, the San Sebastian old town, and an old historic church.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

The hotel has great and stunning location in the old quarter. The employees are INCREDIBLY NICE and knowledgeable. The units are spotless, airy even with single bed.

It was tidy, perfect and with basic double bed. Central heating, iron and ironing board, and TV were available here too. The location was unbeatable and brilliant for walking around a shaped beach. The hotel was in a pretty nice area, really close to the beaches, many bars and the old town where all the best pinxto bars are.
Disappointing aspect was so small bathroom.
